We run online stores and build tools for creators.

Oneiric Supply is a small e-commerce company. We look for products that solve everyday problems, sell them in our own online stores and look after customers from checkout to delivery. Alongside the stores, we build Influmatik, an assistant for content creators.

(01) What we do

Two businesses under one small company.

Selling products online is our core activity. Building software for content creators is the second.

A — E-commerce

Online stores

Our core business. Each of our stores focuses on one family of products: home and living, wellness, personal care or everyday accessories. We keep each range focused so that we know what we sell.

We stay responsible for every order, from the product page to the moment the parcel arrives, and after.

Research
We follow demand, reviews and customer questions to find products that solve an everyday problem.
Selection
Supplier checks, product testing where possible, and a product page that says what the product really does.
Fulfilment
Orders are prepared and shipped with tracking by suppliers and fulfilment partners we have vetted.
Support
A person answers every email, and returns follow the policy published on each store.

B — Software

Influmatik

An assistant for creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Every morning it prepares ready-to-film ideas and scripts based on what works in their niche.

It also sorts their emails and messages, and helps them turn an audience into a business they can live from.

(02) How an order moves

From the product page to your door.

  1. 1

    You order

    Checkout runs through an established payment provider. We receive the order, never your full card number.

  2. 2

    We prepare

    The supplier or fulfilment partner picks, packs and labels the parcel. We check that it leaves on time.

  3. 3

    It ships

    The parcel goes out with a tracking number, which we send to you by email.

  4. 4

    We follow up

    Questions, exchanges or returns: write to us and someone replies, in English or French.

(03) Behind the stores

Most of the work is careful and hands-on.

Finding products, photographing them, testing packaging, answering emails. We do it ourselves or with partners we know.
